Leu Strope

A Producer for Live Entertainment and Film, Ovations Live CEO and a Founding Partner, Mr. Strope is an Entertainment Operations and Production executive who has worked in Location Based Entertainment, Commercial Theater, Regional Theatre and Dance, Nightlife, and Magic, both in residence and on tour. He has managed permanent and touring venues -- leading operations, finance, maintenance, construction, security, safety, marketing, training, recruiting, and capital improvement projects.
Mr. Strope manages, mobilizes, and motivates teams to create the highest level of guest and employee experience. Teams under his leadership have developed countless successful projects with talent and groups such as Cirque du Soleil, Lune Rouge Entertainment, The Beatles, Backstreet Boys, Jewel, Criss Angel, So You Think You Can Dance, Grammy Awards, American Idol, Hasbro, Billboard Music Awards, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. A member of International Association of Venue Managers, he has worked closely with municipal, fire, planning, police, and health authorities around the USA and the world to establish permits and practices for venues, events, and shows.

A Founding Partner and Ovations Live CCO, Mr. Vannucci has directed, written, created, cast and choreographed shows and special events for Paramount, Fox Broadcasting, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Studios, MGM, Comedy Central, Buena Vista Home Video, The Dollywood Co., Knott’s Berry Farm, Princess Cruise Lines, Renaissance Entertainment, The Thinkwell Group, Maloof Sports and Entertainment, The NBA and PAC12 Properties.
Tom’s strengths in conceptualizing, knowledge in multiple creative and theatrical disciplines and experience with exterior and interior venues have served him well. His attention to detail, staging, use of space, group dynamics and the ability to work with groups of all disciplines has allowed him to collaborate and or direct high profile celebrities such as Mathew Morrison, Jennifer Aniston, Eric McCormick, John Ritter, Ray Ramono, Elizabeth Taylor, Barry Manilow, Dolly Parton, Wayne Gretzkey and Elvira to name a few.
Tom’s career has been strengthened by accolades from his peers and industry professionals. His ability to think outside the box is why he has a high volume of repeat clients. His directorial, conceptual and choreographic theatricality has garnered him awards from The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios and most recently the NBA to name a few.
Jordan Fiksenbaum

Mr. Fiksenbaum, a Partner at Ovations Live and our CMO, has been working professionally in the live entertainment industry for more than 30 years, generating over $5 Billion (over 50 million tickets sold) in ticket revenue throughout his career. He has been involved in numerous senior management roles specializing in Sales and Marketing, Business and Strategic Planning, General Management, Event Programming, Producing and overall operations.
Most recently Jordan was President of FuboTV Inc., the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform. Before his role at FuboTV, Mr. Fiksenbaum served as the Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations for the North American Resident Shows Division of Cirque du Soleil, overseeing the day-to-day Marketing, Sales and PR activities. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Mr. Fiksenbaum was the Vice President of Theatrical Presentations for Kimmel Center, Inc. in Philadelphia, where he developed the Center’s inaugural theatrical season and had executive oversight and day-to-day management over all theatrical operations.
